The daily push and pull of food and exercise is endless. We're constantly deciding what we should eat, how we're going to make it/ acquire it, how much it's going to cost, and how it's going to make us feel. We're also constantly deciding what form of exercise we should do, how we're going to do it, when we're going to do it, and how we're going to deal with all the laundry that comes from it. These two facets of human life alone require hundreds of decisions every day.
That's why some people pre-make decisions, and have strict routines they follow. They go to the same gym at the same time to do the same exercises, and then come home to eat the same meal-prepped chicken, broccoli, and brown rice. But where's the fun in that? Guess we'll constantly be in decision mode until we perish. At least we have memes to distract us.
