Most drivers learn pretty quickly once they have their license that it is never a good idea to take a parking space for granted, especially if you live somewhere where you don't get a designated spot. Painful as it may be to realize, you are far from the only person behind a steering wheel and everybody wants a decent place to put their car when they aren't using it.
Unfortunately, people being obnoxious in parking lots is not uncommon behavior, but it only makes it sweeter when you can get revenge on them. This is something that one Redditor enjoyed when his Karen neighbor kept stealing his parking spot and generally making things more difficult in their apartment block parking lot. He happened to know somebody who worked for the towing company that the apartment building used, and it turned out that their were reasons to use that connection. It wasn't long before Karen had to start parking elsewhere.
